After-sales service
1. Strictly follow the "product ’Three Guarantees’ service scope" and "after-sales service commitment" to the customer service (please obtain instructions for details);
2. For the sold batteries, we establish a "customer file" and implement tracking services.
3. After the battery is sold, follow up by phone at any time, and perform a thorough inspection (UXL series, GFM series) at least once a year, and explain the current status of the battery to the user, so that it can be used with confidence.
4. Our aim: Provide timely solutions when customer complaints occur. Including on-site recovery plan and return processing plan until the customer is satisfied. The aim is that users have no worries about using CTD batteries.
5. Under normal circumstances, if the returned battery issues a test report within two weeks of arrival, it is indeed factory’s reason that our company will be responsible for that batteries ; if it is not the reason of production in factory , we will issue a corresponding report to guide the customer’s use.
Special Note:
For non-our company’s products, our company will also provide joint services according to customer needs. Provide customers with inspection, Training and other meaningful works in order to solve the customer’s worries and ensure the normal operation of the battery.

Quality Assurance Commitment
1. Strictly provide products that meet the design and quality requirements of the contract.
2. Strictly control and check the quality of incoming raw materials and accessories.
3. It is guaranteed that the supplied battery is a product with perfect technology, complete testing methods and absolutely no defects.
4. Take full responsibility for battery performance, packaging, transportation, technical support, service, etc.
5. Provide relevant installation drawings and quality standards according to the contract to facilitate installation and use.
6. The inspection found that the battery has quality defects, and ensure that the customer is notified in time and never concealed. In the event of failure during installation and operation, the premise is to ensure the normal use of the user, first solve the on-site problem, restore the system operation, and then study and analyze the responsibility attribution.
7. When the customer finds the appearance defects and missing parts when receiving the goods, our factory will be responsible for filling the missing parts and replacing the defective batteries as soon as possible free .

After-sales service commitment
☆ Put the service concept throughout the entire supply process. The whole process from technical consultation → order → production → quality inspection → transportation → installation → commissioning → operation and maintenance inspection.
☆ Pre-sales service: Let customers understand the performance, scope of application and applicable conditions of our battery. Help customers select models, support the preparation of customer bidding documents, and accept user inspections and consultations.
☆ In-sale service: establish good communication with customers, produce high-quality products according to contract , and customize packaging and transportation methods for customers according to contract . Fully meet customer requirements and deliver products to the user site in a timely and safe manner. From the second day of signing the contract, the spot is 3-7 days; the normal leading time is 30 days, the shortest leading time is 15-20 days, and the delivery is within 10 days under special circumstances.
☆ After-sales service: Our factory has an department responsible for after-sales service, and senior engineers are responsible for solving problems for customers. The user’s complaints about the quality of our products will be handled within half a working day (4 hours). If the situation requires, our factory will arrive at the scene within 24 hours except for force majeure.
